The 60-Day Enamel Challenge
The 60-Day
Enamel Challenge
Your teeth lose mineral six times a day.
They get it back twice — when you brush.
Join the #SixWindows Challenge and get:
-
62 % fewer of the main cavity-causing bacteria, in three minutes*
-
Visibly whiter teeth without bleaching — 82 % noticed it, from a smoother surface rather than peroxide
-
Less staining and less tartar — 84 % and 73 % reported it over four weeks
-
Breath that lasts, because there is less of what causes it — and no alcohol drying your mouth out
-
Protection in the six attacks a toothbrush is never there for
-
Three seconds, wherever you are — no water, no sink, nothing to spit out
-
The same mineral enamel is built from, put back where the acid took it
-
A smoother surface, so coffee and tea have less to hold on to
-
Nothing that dries your mouth — no alcohol, no fluoride, no chlorhexidine
-
Safe to swallow, so it works at a desk, in a car or in a meeting
-
Fits a pocket or a bag — nobody notices you using it
-
Nothing else has to change: same toothpaste, same brush, same routine
-
Dermatologically tested — non-irritant and non-sensitising on sensitive skin
-
Sixty days to decide — keep the bottle either way
*Laboratory measurement, within three minutes. Individual results may vary.

Why an implantologist built it
A toothbrush cannot go to lunch with you
“Almost nobody who ends up in my chair was careless. They brushed twice a day for thirty years. They were doing the right thing at a time when nothing was happening.”
Enamel is a mineral, and minerals dissolve in acid. Below a pH of about 5.5 the surface starts giving up mineral — and every time you eat or drink anything, your teeth come under acid attack for about twenty minutes. It does not have to be sweet. A coffee does it.
Six occasions is six acid attacks a day, and both brushings sit at the two moments furthest from all of them. So the format was the design problem, not the formula: no water, no rinsing, no sink — which meant it had to be safe to swallow.

What sixty days is actually buying you time against
None of this hurts until the point where it can no longer be undone. That is exactly why nobody acts on it. It arrives in the same order in almost everyone.
The surface roughens where you cannot see it, so stain grabs faster — coffee showing sooner after a cleaning than it used to, and a film along the lower front teeth by the evening. Breath stops holding through the morning.
Cold water starts registering. And the colour shifts — not because the teeth are dirtier, because they are thinner. Enamel is translucent and the dentine underneath it is permanently yellow, so less enamel means more of that yellow showing through. Which is why whitening keeps disappointing people: it bleaches a surface whose problem was never stain.
Chalky white marks near the gumline. Those are demineralised patches, and this is the final point at which mineral can still go back in. Almost nobody notices them and almost nobody has been told what they are.
The surface breaks and it becomes a drill. A filled tooth is never the original tooth again. Fillings get replaced, each replacement takes a little more of what is left, and eventually there is not enough left to fill — then a crown, then a root canal, then the conversation about an implant.
And it does not stay in the tooth
Not food — sulphur compounds made by bacteria on the back of the tongue, which is why a mint buys two hours and no more. And an alcohol rinse makes it worse, because it dries the saliva that was washing those bacteria out.
Blood in the sink is inflammation, not vigorous brushing. Gum disease, not decay, is the leading reason adults lose teeth — and it is painless until late.
An untreated infection can travel out of a root into the jaw, the sinus, or the floor of the mouth. Uncommon, and not history. Gum disease is also associated — that is the honest word — with cardiovascular disease and with worse blood-sugar control.
The closed-mouth smile in photographs. The hand that goes up when you laugh. Half a step back in a conversation, checking your breath before a meeting. None of it shows on an X-ray, and for most people it is the price actually being paid, long before a dentist mentions a filling.
What the research actually says
What you actually get
Everything else in a bathroom cabinet needs a sink, and none of the damage happens at a sink. This is the one thing built for the hours you are nowhere near one — and here is exactly what turns up.
The rules, in full
- Keep brushing. Twice a day, as you already do. Bristles remove plaque and nothing sprayed can do that.
- Add three seconds after eating. Two or three sprays at teeth and tongue, held for five seconds. No water, no sink, no spitting.
- Do it for sixty days. Not thirty. The reported changes land between weeks two and four.
- Change nothing else. Same diet, same coffee, same toothpaste — so you know what caused what.
Sixty days is about three hundred and sixty of them
