Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

We ship to all 27 European Union countries. We dispatch orders as soon as possible. Delivery within the EU is usually around 5 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability, weekends, public holidays and carrier delays can affect timing.

Shipping costs €4.99 on every order, including every subscription delivery. VAT is included in displayed product prices. We do not currently offer UK delivery.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need an update or your parcel is missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. For pre-orders, contact us for the current dispatch estimate; you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
